My Rules -

3) Changing gender's fine, changing skin colors fine, eye color, expression, yadda yadda >.<
4) please give me a link to the edited base when you use it ^_~
5) Link back to the base, not just me. Be kind to those who want to find it!
6) Save as a .BMP or .GIF! Please! They come out better if you do!


If you don't know what to do with this...
You could make the teeth sharper, add tattoos... Change the skin, drawn hair if it falls over their face.
Come up with something.
Any sort of facial peircing...
Do a good background...
Anything like that.
